CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate cancellation and refund policy.

All projects begin with a complete discovery/ analysis and Insertion Order document. This is done to make sure that both parties have a complete understanding of the work required and thus eliminate the potential for campaign cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

If you wish to cancel a campaign, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible by sending an email to billing@machintel.com with a Subject heading of “Order Cancellation.” Please include your IO number in this email.

If we received your order cancellation before we have provided services to you, you will not be charged.

If we received your order cancellation after we have provided the service to you, then you may still be able to cancel your order, however any costs incurred until the date of cancellation will be deducted from your refund.
